For over 20 years, Pioneer Wood & Stone owner, Levi Shetler, has carefully reclaimed the weathered barn wood, metal and split stone used to build the farm buildings of yesteryear. Instead of being destroyed, the rough cut lumber and other materials are cleaned and packaged for the journey to a new life in the houses, and other buildings of his clients.

Reclaiming Wood & Split Stone - The Process
Our reclaimed wood, stone and other materials are carefully removed from crumbling, turn-of-the-century buildings from our home state of Michigan, and neighboring states. Instead of letting these old, falling buildings be completely destroyed or burned, we are on a mission to carefully dismantle them piece by piece, salvaging the usable materials to be reused in the homes and businesses of our clients.
